Prices

The conference has two types of tickets:

1. All-inclusive which includes lectures, accommodation, all meals, two evening gatherings with free drinks

2. Ticket that includes only lectures and lunch during lectures.

EARLY BIRD TICKETS are valid in the period from the 1st of April until the 26th of April.

Everyone who buys the All-inclusive package to participate in the JavaCro'22 spring is entitled to a 20% discount on tickets for JavaCro'22 Autumn in Rovinj.
Principle for discount: how many tickets are bought for "JavaCro Spring" for the same amount of tickets you get a discount for "JavaCro Autumn".

Free access to lectures for only one day (Wednesday OR Thursday)

Lunch on Wednesday OR Thursday
Free drinks (self-service) with lunch in the hotel restaurant

ADDITIONAL TICKET FOR ONE DINNER AND EVENING ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDES:

Dinner on Tuesday OR Wednesday
Free self-service drinks with dinner at the hotel restaurant on Tuesday OR Wednesday
Admission to socialize with the program and free drinks on Tuesday OR Wednesday night (after dinner)

Note: Two additional tickets must be purchased for both days

DISCOUNTS:

Members of HrOUG (Legal Entities) can exercise their right to one or two free tickets (if you have paid a partner double membership fee) in May, OR in October in Rovinj
HrOUG members are entitled to a 10% discount on all tickets except for the accompanying ticket and surcharges for single-use double rooms
All companies that pay for 10 tickets get the 11th ticket for free. The number of paid tickets does not include a ticket that is free of charge based on the paid membership fee.

QUESTIONS ABOUT HOTEL AND ACCOMMODATION:

CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION / CHANGE OF PARTICIPANTS:

If participation is canceled between 1.4. and 30.4. the organizer will refund 50% of the amount paid for the tickets

If participation is canceled after 1.5. the organizer does not return the payment.

Change of participants (so that the new participant has all the necessary accreditations) is possible until 06.05.

ANSWERS TO FAQ:

1. SHARING ONE TICKET (ONE PARTICIPANT USE TICKET ONE PART OF THE CONFERENCE, AND THE SECOND PART OF THE CONFERENCE FOR ANOTHER PARTICIPANT.

2. Last year we were warned by the hotel that they will not tolerate situations in which PARTICIPANT BOOK SINGLE ROOM AND IN ROOM IS MORE THAN ONE PERSON.

3. ACCOMPANYING PERSON IS NOT A YOUR FRIEND FROM THE COMPANY., BUT your spouse or girlfriend/boyfriend.
