Ante Smolčić is a solution architect with 20 years of professional experience. He has worked in many companies, mainly on ECM/BPM implemntations. Currently he is interested in Systems Development Life Cycle and Requirements Management methodologies. He is also a hardcore programmer, interested both in natural and programming languages, music and nurturing a candid workplace culture.
