ZUP IT system for analysis and implementation of the General and administration process law

ZUP IT is a national solution for monitoring and analysis of the implementation of the Law on General Administrative Procedure. The law and the system are under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Justice and Administration, and all public bodies, state administration bodies, units of local and regional self-government and legal entities with public authority are obliged to use the system. The system has been in production since 2019, but has been actively used since 2020. The system has been implemented in Java and related technologies and Angular, and has been adopted by the "Shared Services Center" ("Centar dijeljenih usluga"). The lecture will look at the technical and business challenges we had during the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of the system.
