In our 6h workshop you will learn the basics principles and some good practices for the implementation of the most commonly used scram scaling models.
After a short introduction, together with other participants, you will play 4 sprints of a simulation game, so you can immediately apply your knowledge and gain some more practical experience
Content:
- Comparison of the most common Scrum scaling frameworks (SAFe, Nexus, LeSS, S@S, etc). Basic Ideas, Elements and Focus
- Where and how to use – some good practices and case studies
- Challenges & pitfalls
- Simulation / game for a better understanding of the discussed frameworks
